How do I pay for the completed Job?
When you created your account, you provided a valid method of payment. We accept debit cards and all major credit cards.

When will my credit card be charged for the Job?
Your card will be authorized for payment when you accept a bid. The charge will be captured upon completion of the Job.
Authorization Holds
Your card will be authorized for the full amount of the accepted job upon completion. If the job is cancelled, the authorization will be removed from your account within 7 days.
Why is there a pending charge on my payment account?

Why was my payment declined?
To keep your account private, Curb-It does not have access to the reasons for a declined transaction. Please contact your bank or institution to remedy the problem.
Will I get a receipt for my job?
Yes. We will email you a receipt upon completion of the Job.
I have a duplicate/unrecognized charge

Do I need to tip?
No, but if you would like to tip, you may do so.
How do I tip?
You may tip the Hauler with cash.
