Changing my account settings
You can update your account settings in the Mobile app or via the Web app. Use the email and password you used to create your account.
Once logged in, you can update Personal information, Password and Credit card info.
I can't update my mobile or email
To update your mobile number, go to Personal Info under Preferences. From here you can update your account information and payment method.
Your email is used as a personal identifier in our database. Please create a new account to change your email.
I'm not receiving receipts or emails
Please ensure that your email is entered correctly by going to Preferences in the Curb-It App.
Please check your SPAM or Junk folder.

App Troubleshooting
If you are having issues with the Curb-It App:
- Uninstall then Reinstall the App.
- Try logging in again.
- If the problem persists, you can post a Job via the Web Client.
