App launching issues

Should you have issues launching the Curb-It App, this How To doc will show you how to reinstall the app. 

I can't sign in to my account

To authenticate your account, Curb-It utilizes a valid email address and password combination.

Once you have accessed the Curb-It App you will stay logged-in unless you choose to Log Out from the app menu. You may also test your login on our Hauler web app here.

I forgot my password

From the Sign In page in the app, you can request a new password by clicking the Forgot Password link.

You will be prompted to enter your email address, where a temporary verification code will be sent. The following page will ask for your new password and the verification code.

Ensure that the password has a capital letter and a special character.
