For the App
- When you open the app select Create New Account.
- You will then be prompted to sign in. Enter your login info.
- All accounts require a first name, last name, phone number, address, credit or debit card info, and email address.
- Select NEXT.
- Add your Payment Information and select CREATE ACCOUNT.
- Read and accept the TERMS AND CONDITIONS
For the Web
- Go to Customer Web Client Setup
- All accounts require a first name, last name, phone number, address, credit or debit card info, and email address.
- Select NEXT.
- Add your Payment Information and select CREATE ACCOUNT.

Issues adding a payment method?
If you receive messages about payment errors, please contact your financial institution to verify that your payment account is active and verified.
You may also try using a different card.

Why does it say my phone or email is already in use?
Is it possible you have already created a Curb-It account?
From the Sign In page, you can request a new password.
You will be prompted to enter your email address, where a temporary verification code will be sent.
The next page will ask for your new password and the verification code.
If you are unable to sign up for a new account because your number is already registered, please contact Curb-It by selecting, Submit a Request in the upper right corner of this page, or by going to support.
