Overview on requesting a Job via the App or the Web.
When Are Haulers Available?
Haulers are generally available from 8 a.m. until 8 p.m.
Getting Bids via the App
- Login to the App. Download from here.
- Set the Job Location
- Upload pics of all items you want removed. Make sure all items are visible in the pictures, not hidden in piles, in bags or under tarps. This will help with receiving accurate bids.
- Set a Job Time
- Job Time Today (on-demand)
- Multiple time slots. This is helpful for Haulers bidding your job
- Job Time Future (schedule up to 6 days in advance)
- Set the Job Details
- If necessary, enter any Comments or Special Instructions you have about the Job
- Select NEXT
- Review the Job Details and then select PUBLISH
- You could receive up to 3 bids within 15 minutes
- Once you receive the bids, you select CANCEL or ACCEPT BID. Accept the bid that works best for you, before the 15 minutes is up. If you miss the 15 minute bid window, you will need to post your job again.
- When you Accept a bid, your credit/debit card is authorized, however the charge will not be posted until the job is completed.

How do I accept a bid or choose a Hauler?
When Haulers bid on your Job request, you will see their Star Rating.
Choose the Hauler that has the best price and service rating for your needs.
How do I pay for my Job?
A valid credit card is required to create your Curb-It account. The card will be charged once the Job is completed.
When you Accept a bid, your credit/debit card is authorized, however the charge will not be posted until the job is completed.
Scheduling a Job in advance
When you enter your Job you have the option to select same-day, on-demand service, Multiple time slots, or schedule a time up to 6 days in advance.
How do ETAs work?
The soonest a Job can be scheduled is one hour ahead, rounded to the nearest hour. For example, if the current time is 9:45 a.m., the soonest the Hauler should be expected to arrive is 11 a.m.
Your service window is 2 hours.
Cancelling a Curb-It Job
The party that cancels a Curb-It Job will be charged 20 percent of the accepted Job Bid Price.
What happens if my Hauler cancels?
If the Hauler cancels the job, you will be notified by email and in the Curb-It App.
We are sorry for the inconvenience. This rarely occurs. Please re-enter your Job for the bidding process.
Sharing your location
When you submit a Job Request, the exact address is hidden from Haulers. The location is approximated with a trash can icon.
The address is visible to the selected Hauler one hour prior to the Job start time.
Do Customer pay tolls, surcharges or dump fees?
No.
How do I identify a Hauler and their vehicle?
Throughout the bidding and Job process, you will see a profile photo of the Hauler so that you can identify her or him.
Can I book more than one job at a time?
Sorry, to ensure the optimal operations in your area, only one job can be done at a time.
How do I contact Curb-It?
Curb-It is committed to providing you with exceptional service. You may Contact Us through the Curb-It app, or clicking Submit a Request in the upper right corner of this page, or by going to support.
During the Job
Am I responsible for furnishing supplies and equipment?
Your Hauler will take care of all of that. You are not required to provide any equipment or supplies.
Can I add additional items to my Job once the Hauler arrives?
Additional items may be added to the Job once the Hauler arrives. Simply ask the Hauler for the cost to remove those additional items. The Hauler will update your Job with a new item description, picture, and cost.
Once the Hauler adds the additional items, you will be notified via the App and asked to Decline or Accept this adjustment to the job. The Hauler can only remove the additional items after you have accepted the updated Job and price.
In order to maintain security for you and the Haulers all transactions and payments must take place within the Curb-It App.
How do I request a Hauler to an address that is different from my current location?
You can enter any address in our service areas for your Job. Above the Area Map in the App is a Job Location field where you can type the location for your Job.
What is the service cancellation policy?
The party that cancels a Curb-It Job will be charged 20 percent of the accepted Job Bid Price.

Once your Job is complete, please rate your Curb-It Hauler through our Star Rating system. Feel free to give a compliment on effort, timeliness, service, or professionalism.
